Double lifting block SWL 60 ton.
For safe and efficient lifting operations of piles in the leader mast of the piling machine Sennebogen 6180 HD, Vroegh-edc has developed a special designed double lifting block for Hakkers. This lifting block has a SWL (Safe Working Load) of 60 ton and an own weight of 1500 kg.

Fabrication support and load testing
Besides the design from concept up to workshop drawings and strength checks, Vroegh-edc also executed fabrication support and organised the load testing of the lifting block.
Improved safety and efficiency
The newly designed lifting block is utilized on the Quarles quay in Flushing for lifting heavy duty piles. Besides this assignment, Vroegh-edc also developed a powerpack frame for the same piling machine. See for more information: ‘Powerpack frame Sennebogen 6180 piling crane’.
