New hydraulic operating valves

The inland dredging vessel ‘Ms Amistade’ required new overflow and bottom valves. The existing valves where heavily corroded and being operated manually.

3D design, strength analysis (Finite Element Analysis) and workshop drawings

Vroegh-edc performed the entire engineering including 3D design, strength analysis and workshop drawings of the new hydraulic operating valves. This was including modification drawings to the ship.

The overflow and bottom valves were pre-fabricated and placed in the ship during a short maintenance period.
